Whether you’re new to sound healing or a seasoned listener, this series is designed to help you relax deeply and reset your mind and body. Bring your comfy blanket &amp; pillow, and dive into waves of calming vibrations. Let’s vibe together and embrace peaceful moments! During the 8-weeks, each session will bring something new to engage in along with the sound bath (i.e. journaling, breathwork etc)!
