Join us as a vendor at Wellness Glow: Wellness Fair, Juice Tasting & Talent Showcase and showcase your products, services, or organization to the community.

This community event will bring together wellness vendors, local businesses, nonprofits, community organizations, performers, and attendees for a day of wellness, networking, entertainment, and community engagement.

Attendees will enjoy wellness resources, product shopping, juice tasting, and a live talent showcase featuring local performers.

Vendor Booth Info and Fees

Standard Vendor : $65 Registration

• One vendor booth space
• Opportunity to promote and sell products or services
• Listed on the event vendor directory

Premium Vendor: $80 Registration

• One vendor booth space
• Includes all Standard Vendor Booth benefits
• Early booth selection
• One social media spotlight before the event
• Event-day recognition
• Listed on the event vendor directory

Nonprofit Vendor: $55 Registration

• One vendor booth space
• Opportunity to share information about your organization
• Accept donations and recruit volunteers
• Distribute brochures, flyers, and educational materials
• Listed on the event vendor directory

Vendor Booth Information

All vendor booth spaces are the same size. Premium Vendor Booths include additional promotional and recognition benefits, including a social media spotlight, event-day recognition, and early booth selection.

VENDOR SPACE INFORMATION

• Each vendor registration includes one 8 ft x 4 ft table/display space.
• Vendors who require additional space may register for a second vendor space, subject to availability.
• Vendors are welcome to bring tablecloths, signage, displays, and promotional materials.
• Premium Vendor booths include additional promotional and recognition benefits.
• Vendor space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

COMMUNITY IMPACT

This event serves as both a community wellness event and a fundraiser benefiting I.T. Outreach Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. A portion of the proceeds will help support the organization's charitable programs and community initiatives.

Vendor Rules & Guidelines

• Vendors must provide products or services that align with a positive, family-friendly environment.
• Vendor spaces are assigned by the event organizer.
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, display materials, and cleanup.
• Electrical outlets are available within the facility for vendor use. If your setup requires power, please bring an extension cord if needed to reach the nearest outlet.
• In accordance with the facility's policies, cooking, open flames, and food preparation requiring cooking are not permitted inside the building.
• No alcohol, tobacco, cigarettes, vaping products, illegal substances, weapons, or offensive materials are permitted.
• Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward attendees, fellow vendors, and event staff.
• By registering, vendors agree to follow all event rules and instructions provided by the organizer.
