Yes, the gallery has a restroom available for guests.

How will the guests be seated.

Accepted Answer

Seating is open and arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure your preferred spot.

Question 3

What happens if I am running late for the Design Talk or Tea Experience?

Accepted Answer

To preserve the intimate and peaceful atmosphere of the event, we can only accommodate a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Beyond that window, we unfortunately cannot admit latecomers, and tickets are non-refundable.

Question 4

What is the cancellation and refund policy.

Accepted Answer

We charge 15% cancellation process fee for any cancellation 72 hours in advance (i.e. we will reimburse 85% of the ticket price, $68). Important: No refund for late cancellation within 72 hours, unless the presenters cannot make it or PACxARTS has to cancel the event due to severe weather.
