New Orleans Teacher Meet-Up: Artifacts and Migration Stories

New Orleans Teacher Meet-Up: Artifacts and Migration Stories

Overview

Join Emily Glankler (Anti-Social Studies) for dinner, drinks, and conversation on using artifacts to teach migration stories.

Education can be a lonely field so let's get together to build community, eat/drink/commiserate, and discuss how to incorporate stories (both fictional and factual) into our lessons!

Dinner, drinks, and a small gift are included! All teachers and educational professionals are welcome but the discussion will be focused primarily on history and social studies topics.
