June Jewels: A Jewelry Making Workshop SeriesSCRAP will be partnering with our neighbors at Bayview's Cafe Alma to host this new and exciting series.Workshop Location: Cafe Alma: 888 Ines Ave, SF, CA- 94124Workshop DescriptionGet into the stained glass groove and create your own stained glass jewelry piece with Maya Djiji! Maya will guide you through the entire process: from creating a design, to choosing and cutting your glass, and through the tools and soldering process to create a beautiful pendant sized piece of jewelry.Please note we have a sliding scale for tickets for this event! Her practice involves using a very saturated color palette and any material she can get her hands on. She has worked in a multitude of art making studios and worked closely with many Bay Area artists. She has taught a wide range of classes to groups of all ages and is very passionate about sharing her love and knowledge of art making. IG: @mayadjiji
