Join us at Josephine for a wine tasting and class centered around the popular styles of Parisian Bistros.
The Bistro is an important gathering place to the people of Paris. It is a community atmosphere for sharing wine and snacks with neighbors. Developing a wine list for these bistros includes searching for wines that live up to the high standards of Parisian consumers and remain approachable, gluggable, and versatile. This category has become a style of wine in it's own right, copied and enjoyed all around the world.
