The Pinot Family: From Gris to Noir
Part of the Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Events! collection
Overview
Join us at Josephine for a wine tasting and class centered around the diverse range of Pinot wines in France.
The Pinot family is one of the oldest and most important families of grapes in the wine industry. Pinot is genetically unstable and incredibly susceptible to natural mutations, resulting in a wide range of pinot morphs. These pinot variations have been cloned and propogated, creating a diverse line of popular grapes with the name "Pinot."
Join us for a casual seated wine class where we will discuss the different styles of French Pinot wines while tasting six wines across the wide range with Wine Director, Erin Dudley, at Josephine!
Included with your ticket:
- Seated wine class with with Wine Director, Erin Dudley
- Tasting of six fine French Pinot wines
- Small serving of artisanal cheeses and accouterment to accompany your tasting
