CenterState CEO Whiz Kidz Summer Program

Give your child a week to create, collaborate and think like an entrepreneur.

Whiz Kidz provides middle school-aged students with an engaging introduction to entrepreneurship, innovation, technology and creative problem-solving.

Throughout the week, campers will work in teams to identify a business problem or opportunity, develop solutions, create marketing strategies and present a final project during a showcase on the last day. Participants will learn from local business leaders and professionals while exploring topics such as creativity, communication, technology, artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship.

The program features a full day at Elite Gaming, a premier esports and entertainment center in Syracuse, where campers will work in teams to design and build a Minecraft-based project while managing resources, solving challenges and applying creativity, collaboration and strategic thinking.

Lunch is not provided. Participants should bring a packed lunch, water bottle and any daily necessities.

Scholarship Opportunity

A limited number of scholarships, sponsored by PPC Broadband Inc., are available for the Whiz Kidz Summer Program. Before registering, interested families should complete the Scholarship Application form. Selected participants will receive a registration link and code to register for the program at no cost.

Please Note: Space is limited. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the program reaches capacity, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.

After registering, families will receive additional registration forms, required waivers and the Whiz Kidz Summer Program Handbook by email. Registration is not considered complete until all required forms have been submitted.
