Dear Black Women is a weekly wellness gathering created for Black women to move, restore, and connect through yoga and Pilates-inspired movement, meditation, sound bowl healing, journaling, and community. Leave feeling grounded, supported, and more deeply connected to yourself and others.

Agenda

Dear Black Women | Sample Agenda (75 Minutes)

11:00 AM – Welcome & Connection (15 min)
Community check-in, conversation prompt, and introductions.

11:15 AM – Movement Practice (45 min)
A blend of yoga, Pilates-inspired strengthening, mindful movement, stretching, and restorative postures.

11:45 AM – Guided Meditation & Sound Bowl (15 min)
Breathwork, meditation, and sound healing to support rest and reflection.

12:00 PM – Closing Circle (5 min)
Final reflections, gratitude, and collective intention-setting.

12:05 PM – Community Time (10+ min)
Tea, conversation, networking, and informal connection.
