Today, if you had a unique opportunity to push your limits safely and discover your strength, would you take it?

1) Develop new skills: this allows you to build teamwork and navigate difficult challenges to set the stage for your next level training(s) and adventures.

2) Join our adventure community: this allows you to learn from each other while advancing yourself in a highly supportive purpose-centered team of 3 to 25 individuals and the larger growing MGOA community.

Train with experts: this allows you to safely improve your fitness and outdoor skills under the watchful eye of certified personal trainers, outdoor educators and adventure guides.

Here's how you will achieve your next-level adventure goals:

  1. Build physical strength and endurance. Sharpen your fitness through real-world outdoor skill drills with adventure-specific training designed for maximum impact.
  1. Gain unshakeable confidence: Cultivate composure and resourcefulness so you can tackle any challenge nature throws your way, to embrace the beauty of the great outdoors.
  1. Experience true community: Immerse yourself within a tight-knit team(s) of 3-25 individuals and connect with the larger MGayle Outdoor Adventures community- because shared challenges forges lifelong bonds.
  1. Learn from an elite instructor. Since 1996, your coach, Michael Gayle, brings a wealth of expertise - A.C.S.M. Personal Trainer, prior service U.S. Marine, Tom Brown Jr. Advanced Scout (Tier One Native American inspired survival and tracking school based on the Apache Scout), NOLS Winter Outdoor Educator, and American Alpine Institute technical mountaineering. When you train with Michael, you tap into a legacy of toughness, skill and mentorship.

Without question, I fervently believe that preparation unlocks an abundance of confidence. Our adventure training is designed for a wide array of ages, body types and fitness levels. As you advance into the higher-level trainings you'll be offered higher level adventures.

The training will change how you too experience the outdoors, providing a renewed sense of clarity while keeping safety as the ultimate priority.
