A botanical sketching + sound bath gathering to celebrate the arrival of summer through nature, rest, creativity, and community.
Join artist and healer Tori Price for Summer Solstice Sketch & Sound: a greenhouse gathering of sound healing, botanical sketching, and community as we celebrate the arrival of summer through creativity, rest, and reflection.
The summer solstice has been honored across cultures for thousands of years as a celebration of the sun's life-giving energy and the abundance of the natural world. From ancient gatherings at stone circles and sacred sites to seasonal festivals filled with music, dancing, feasting, and ritual, people have long come together at this time of year to mark the longest day and shortest night.
The solstice reminds us of our connection to the rhythms of the earth and the cycles that sustain all life. As the sun reaches its peak, we are invited to celebrate vitality and creativity while gathering in community to express gratitude for the light and growth within us and around us.
What to expect:
- Intro to botanical sketching, tips to guide your creative process
- Gentle breathwork + grounding meditation
- 1-hr crystal singing bowl sound bath + other healing instruments
- Sketching plants throughout an immersive sound healing experience
- A peaceful, inspiring greenhouse setting surrounded by living plants
- Time for community connection after the sound bath/sketch session
Immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments, your nervous system will relax and your brain will naturally shift into dreamy alpha and theta brain waves, states known to quiet the analytical mind and support creativity, intuition, and reflective awareness.
While enveloped in these calming frequencies, you will sketch the lush plants surrounding you, letting observation, curiosity, intuition, and presence guide your creative process. No matter your artistic experience, this process-based practice is about noticing and exploring, not about planning or perfecting a final outcome.
Together we will slow down, rest, and create in community while reflecting on what is flourishing on our lives. You'll leave with a calmer nervous system and a botanical sketch that reflects your growth and inner light.
All materials are provided, and no art experience is needed. Simply bring your curiosity and openness to the creative process.
Early registration is encouraged, early bird pricing ends Jun 6, 2026 at 12:00 AM.

About your facilitator:
Tori Price is a fine artist, sound healer, card reader, and teacher. She has been passionate about the strong connection between art and healing for over 12 years, leading her to create her art business in 2016 to help herself and others connect to intuition through making and viewing art.
Tori’s love for art and healing has guided her to follow a curious path of experiencing and learning other healing modalities that encourage mind-body connection. With a degree in Psychology and her certifications in yoga (200-hr), yin yoga, and sound healing, she enjoys guiding others in gentle, compassionate practices that cultivate a sense of safety and self-connection.
Experiencing trauma-related anxiety and depression (C-PTSD) for most of her life, Tori is a big believer in participating in accessible healing practices that encourage less mind energy and more heart and body energy. She is an advocate for practicing being (instead of doing) to cultivate healing in a restful, harmonious way. Being able to rest and feel at ease during sound baths has always drawn Tori to this practice.
Growing up a band geek and spending over 6 years playing mallet percussion in school, Tori’s inner child is overjoyed to be playing with mallets and music again through sound healing instruments. You can learn more about Tori and her offerings on her website and Instagram.
