Mississippi Watershed Management Organization

Join us for a night of lantern magic celebrating summer outside at dusk at the River's edge.  Featuring music, lanterns & light refreshments

Join us for a special evening celebrating the Mississippi River and Tara Fahey's exhibit, <a href="https://www.mwmo.org/learn/art-programs-at-mwmo/gallery/rooted-in-water/" title="https://www.mwmo.org/learn/art-programs-at-mwmo/gallery/rooted-in-water/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rooted in Water</a>. Explore the exhibit inside, wander the grounds, and make your way down to the beach for an evening of live music, the River, and community. All are welcome! Lantern-making workshop attendees are encouraged to bring the lanterns they made, but all are welcome for an evening celebration by the River. Live music begins at 7:30pm with lantern lighting (turning on twinkle lights) at 8:30pm. In case of rain, the event will be moved indoors. Parking is limited to the spaces facing our rain garden, but ample streetside parking is available along Marshall St NE.
