What Is A Bar Crawl?

A bar crawl is a guided nightlife experience where you'll visit multiple participating bars and venues in a single event. Instead of spending the night at just one location, you'll discover new spots, enjoy exclusive offers, meet fellow crawlers, and experience the best nightlife your city offers.

How Do I Get My Venue Added To The Route?

If you own or manage a bar, restaurant, brewery, or nightlife venue and would like to be considered for one of our upcoming events,email us at info@barcrawlerz.com.  Someone from our team will reply back to you within 24 hours.

What Are The Age Requirements?

All Barcrawlerz events are strictly 21+.  A valid, government-issued photo ID is required to participate. IDs may be checked during event check-in as well as at any participating venue throughout the crawl. Each venue reserves the right to determine whether an ID is acceptable.

Do You Offer A Military or First Responder Discount?

Yes!  As a small thank-you for your service, Barcrawlerz proudly offers special pricing for eligible guests, including: Active-duty military, Veterans, First responders, & Healthcare professionals. To request a discount, email us at info@barcrawlerz.com with proof of eligibility.

Question 6

Does The Name On My Ticket Matter?

Accepted Answer

No. The name on your ticket does not need to match the person attending the event.
Your ticket’s QR code is what you’ll use to check in. If you purchased a ticket for someone else or decide to give your ticket to a friend, they can use it without changing the name on the order.

Group Tickets vs. Single Tickets

Accepted Answer

Purchasing 4 or more tickets qualifies for our group pricing, making it an easy way to save on your night out. Group tickets are perfect for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, coworkers, or anyone attending together. Be sure to check your event page for current group pricing.

Can I Transfer My Ticket To Someone Else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
The new attendee only needs the ticket’s QR code to check in. Updating the name or email on the ticket is not required.

Question 9

I Purchased Tickets For The Wrong City. Can They Be Transferred?

Accepted Answer

Yes! If you accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong Barcrawlerz event, email us at info@barcrawlerz.com before buying another ticket. We’ll review your request and, when possible, transfer your order to the correct event. Transfer requests are subject to availability and event policies.

I Can’t Find My Ticket

Accepted Answer

Your confirmation email and tickets are sent immediately after your purchase.  Most instances are due to the ticket being purchased with an old email address.  If you’re still unable to locate your ticket, contact us at info@barcrawlerz.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

How Do I Update My Ticket Information?

If you’d like to update the attendee information on your ticket, you can do so through your ticketing account before the event.
Please note: Updating the attendee name is optional. Since check-in is completed using your QR code, the name printed on the ticket does not affect entry.

Do I Need To Print My Ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. Mobile tickets are recommended and can be scanned directly from your smartphone at check-in.
If you prefer, printed tickets are also accepted.

Can I Buy Tickets At The Door?

Accepted Answer

If the event has not sold out, a limited number of tickets may be available at check-in on the day of the event.  Door pricing, accepted payment methods, and availability vary by event, so purchasing in advance is the best way to guarantee your spot and lock in the lowest available price.

Where Do I Find My Check-In Location?

Accepted Answer

Your event page is the best place to find the most current check-in information. Each event page includes everything you’ll need, including; Check-in location and address, Check-in hours, Participating bars, Event schedule, Drink specials and perks & Important event updates.

Can I Check In For Someone Else?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Friends are welcome to check in on each other’s behalf.  All that’s required is the attendee’s ticket QR code. The person checking in does not need to be the original purchaser.

Can I Arrive After Check-In Ends?

Accepted Answer

You must check in during registration hours.  If you think you’ll arrive late, the easiest solution is to send your QR code to a friend so they can check in for you.  Please note that we cannot guarantee staff will remain at the check-in location after the scheduled check-in period has ended.

Question 17

What If A Venue Doesn’t Honor Drink Specials?

Barcrawlerz works closely with our venue partners to offer exclusive drink specials. There may be occasions when a venue is out of a promotional item or a staff member is unfamiliar with the specials.  If you experience an issue during the crawl, email us at info@barcrawlerz.com to resolve.
