Online Sunday, June 21, 2026 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM PST Live on Zoom✺The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a moment of fullness, possibility, and transition.As the seasons shift, we are invited to pause and ask:What is ready to bloom within me?Join us from the comfort of your own home for a gentle evening of nervous system regulation, guided meditation, visualization, journaling, and reflection designed to help you reconnect with yourself and move into the summer season with greater clarity and intention.Together, we will begin by slowing down and settling into the body through grounding practices that support nervous system regulation and inner calm. From this place of presence, you'll be guided through a visualization exploring the season ahead.Who are you becoming? What wants to grow? What may be asking for your attention? How do you want to move through this season of your life?Following the meditation, there will be time for journaling, reflection, oracle cards, and intention setting. Participants will also be invited to share, connect, and witness one another in a supportive community circle.This gathering is not about becoming someone new.
