Welcome to the movement that’s mobilizing over 100,000 mothers nationwide to advance maternal rights in America.
Our local chapter meetings bring together passionate advocates who are fighting for paid family leave, affordable childcare, and improved maternal health outcomes—the core pillars of our mission.
With 51 local chapters across 37 states + Washington DC, the Chamber of Mothers is a powerful force for advocacy. Together, we’ve held 50+ bipartisan meetings on Capitol Hill and connected with policymakers to push forward solutions that support mothers and families at the federal level, and hosted close to 500 local chapter meetings and events to drive progress at the state and local levels.
Expect a welcoming, inspiring environment where you’ll gain tools, build community and action plans, and leave empowered to make an impact in your community. Whether you’re new to advocacy or ready to take your efforts further, your voice matters. Together, we will reshape the future for families everywhere. The Mothers will save us all.
