What if young people learned the skills that school often doesn't teach?The Powership Experience is a free, interactive youth event designed to help participants ages 14–21 build practical knowledge, confidence, and real-world skills for future success.Through team challenges, engaging activities, and a featured presentation from M&amp;T Bank, participants will explore how language influences opportunities in education, employment, business, leadership, and financial decision-making.Youth will learn:• The language of money, credit, and financial independence • How contracts, agreements, and important documents impact decisions • Professional communication and workplace expectations • Leadership and problem-solving skills • The basics of investing, saving, and managing money • How to recognize opportunities and avoid costly mistakes • How language can create barriers—or open doorsParticipants can expect:• Interactive team challenges • Cash prizes for top-performing teams • Free food and refreshments • Leadership activities • Networking and learning opportunities • A certificate of participationWhether a young person is interested in college, entrepreneurship, employment, homeownership, or simply making better decisions for their future, The Powership Experience provides tools they can begin using immediately.Date: July 1, 2026Time: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PMLocation: Frank E.
