2026 George Eastman Award Ceremony and Gala Honoring Octavia Spencer

The award ceremony and gala on July 17 is a ticketed event that is open to the public. The ceremony will feature an appreciation of Octavia Spencer's career by Peter Bagrov, senior curator, Moving Image Department, George Eastman Museum, a compilation of highlights of her work, and an on-stage conversation with Spencer—to be followed by the celebratory gala in the museum.

All tickets for the George Eastman Award benefit event include reserved seating for the award ceremony, admittance to the celebratory gala, and valet parking. Ticket prices are determined by seat location for the ceremony in the Dryden Theatre. During the celebratory gala, guests enjoy live music, dancing, desserts, wine and champagne.
