Join us at Heriot-Watt University Dubai for Coach your mind. Lead your future., an interactive Psychology workshop exploring how psychology can help us understand coaching, leadership and workplace culture.

In today’s unpredictable business environment, the ability to make sense of people, behaviour and organisational culture is increasingly important. This workshop will introduce participants to key ideas from business psychology and demonstrate how coaching and leadership can support individuals and organisations in navigating change.

Through guided discussion, real-world examples and interactive activities, participants will explore how workplace culture is shaped, how individuals can influence the environments they are part of, and how leaders can help others make sense of what is happening around them.

The session is designed to give participants a feel for the interactive learning experience on the MSc Psychology programme at Heriot-Watt University Dubai.
