Together, they’ll walk you through a tasting journey featuring one of Rome’s iconic antipasti, thoughtfully paired with wines that bring out the traditional flavors. You’ll not only discover how to match different appetizers and dishes with their ideal vini, but you’ll also learn the stories and traditions behind these beloved Roman staples.About this Region: Meet Lazio – a region rich in culinary and agricultural heritage. Lazio offers a diverse landscape that lends itself to distinctive wines and iconic pasta traditions. In this class, you’ll taste your way through some of the region’s celebrated producers while learning about the history, ingredients, and techniques that make Lazio’s gastronomy unique.
