Our bodies and cells are made of mostly water!Attendees consistently reflect the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual clarity that can emerge during these deeply nourishing experiences.The experience of relaxing and receiving intentionally curated sound becomes exponential when held in a space such as The StarHouse, an acoustically vibrant geometric temple built to serve as a sanctuary for community to drop into deeper re-alignment with the Earth and her natural cycles.And when we combine this with Cacao..! We are literally priming our cells to receive the music.Cacao is natural vasodilator--physically supporting circulation and our hearts, opening up the flow within. And its energetic medicine has been revered for millennia!This new cacao is freshly shipped from Peru! It is incredible, decadent, and smooth like none I've ever had! I am honored to be serving it first to this group.To bring everything to center, we will take a few moments for personal &amp; communal regulation through the breath and gentle simple Qigong movement (no experience required).All in a gentle, loving, present, and supportive community.Supported by the peaceful, diverse, and healing vibrations of sacred sound curated with deep attunement to your intentions and the energy of the group.Bonus! The incredible Brian Dickinson will lead a portion of the sound journey with his masterful playing of deeply regulating gongs.Personal note: I have been to gong baths where it has been too much for my nervous system, where it gets too loud or 'revved up.' Brian, however, has an incredibly attuned finesse with his gongs, and essentially allows them to 'sing' beautifully. I have felt some of the most deep regulation and ease in my nervous system and body after receiving his musical medicine, and it is an honor to collaborate. During this event, you will receive:<ul><li>Cacao Ceremony - Bring your intentions and your presence. We will imbibe in the sweet sacred medicina of cacao and allow ourselves a moment to attune to the energies of the season.</li></ul><ul><li>Gentle Movement - Before lying down, we will be invited to participate in a few gentle Qigong movement and breathing practices to regulate and center our energy to be open to receiving as we transition into the sound journey.</li></ul><ul><li>Sound Journey - Lie down, relax, breathe, and receive. Taragápe will create a live arc of diverse soundscapes utilizing instruments such as handpans, sound bowls, native flutes, kalimba, harmonium, medicine drum, charango, guitar, voice, and chimes. Brian will share a gong bath during. This sonic meditation will allow you to have a relaxing contemplative journey in whatever ways serve your soul--creating space for deep regulation, self-reflection, and self-healing.</li></ul><ul><li>Integration Circle - We will have the opportunity to share a little of what we experienced, what emerged, what we are carrying forth from the experience.
