This masterclass is a trauma-informed educational experience designed to increase awareness and understanding surrounding trauma, grief, emotional responses, and nervous system functioning.
It is not psychotherapy, counseling, or a substitute for mental health treatment.

Do I need to have experienced major trauma to attend?

No.
Trauma can result from many different life experiences, including grief, relationship wounds, chronic stress, childhood experiences, transitions, emotional neglect, and significant life events.

Will the session be recorded?

Yes. Replay access will be provided to registered participants for a limited time following the live session.

Is participation required during the masterclass?

Participants will receive the Zoom link and access details through email after registration.

What if I become emotionally overwhelmed during the session?

Participants are encouraged to engage gently and pace themselves throughout the experience.
Surrounding and nervous system awareness strategies may be incorporated during the session; however, participants should seek individualized mental health support if additional care is needed.

Due to the digital nature of the event, all sales are final.
If replay access is offered, registrants will still receive access even if unable to attend live.
