Sunset Beach Yoga & Sound Bath
Overview
Sunset yoga + sound bath at Jacksonville Beach Pier. (4th Ave N Entrance). All levels welcome.
Bring a friend and enjoy a vinyasa flow on the beach ending with a soothing sound bath during savasana as the sun sets and ocean waves roll in.
This class is open to all levels.
Where: Jacksonville Beach, 4th Ave N Entrance (next to the pier, park in Jax beach pier parking lot and walk over)
When: Wednesday May 27th · 7 PM
Cost: $10 donation (not including Eventbrite fees).
Includes: Vinyasa flow + Sound Bath during final rest
Please bring: Yoga mat, Water, Journal, Layers for the breeze
