This role is an in office call-center centric sales position, built to take individuals with desire for a career in sales to a highly successful mortgage professional through our comprehensive development program.


This is not just a training syllabus aimed to teach the basics of our industry. This is a comprehensive development program designed to ensure your success in your new career. If you enjoy partnering with like-minded individuals and being solution oriented, we will teach you how to apply those interests into a successful career in mortgages. This role is intended to instruct, however differing from traditional training programs is that you will learn and be compensated for your successes throughout this program. You will be eligible for bonus and commission opportunities on day one. This role is not the assistant of an experienced team member, nor is it a junior position to a group within the sales department. This role is an integral part of our business model designed to grow the organization, and your career in lock step. As you progress through this process you will learn how to be a successful mortgage professional while being a valuable individual contributor to the company’s success. Mortgage experience is not required, instead we are looking for the best and brightest that have a strong desire to operate in a sales environment, work hard, learn daily, and wish to own their individual success by applying all lessons learned.


Development Program (What to Expect)

Throughout your development, you will:

  • Learn mortgage basics through formally structured onboarding in your first 30 days
  • Learn wholesale mortgage workflow and success
  • Technology training to include proprietary mortgage software
  • Work alongside, not for, experienced and successful team members
  • Experience live calls with potential clients while being supported by team lead, you have opportunity to earn bonus and commission from your efforts on day 1
  • Build a successful and scalable business
  • Immediate success and sustained success beyond your first year in your new career


What We Need

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Innovative and resourceful, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Competent with spreadsheets, databases and presentation tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
