Healing Breathwork is a powerful catalyst for somatic healing, emotional release, and spiritual connection. During this guided experience, Gisela leads you through four distinct phases of breathwork:

Intro → Releasing → Receiving → Trance

When you breathe deeply for an extended period of time, the body enters a hyper-oxygenated, trance-like state, allowing the mind to soften and the nervous system to open.In this state, the body can process emotions, memories, trauma, and subconscious patterns through natural somatic release. This practice is done in a safe, supported space. The session begins with gentle movement and warm-ups to open the energy channels and relax the body. You will then lie comfortably on your back with blankets, bolsters, and an eye pillow as you are guided through the breathwork journey.

The experience concludes with a short Soundbath integration, using vibration and frequency to calm the nervous system, deepen the healing process, and bring the body into balance.
