Are there people who should use caution when attending?

Although sound healing is a non-invasive and gentle therapeutic approach, individuals with a history of seizures, people in the first trimester of pregnancy, those using a pacemaker or metal implants, or those experiencing innitus (ringing in the ears) should consult with their doctor.

While we provide some yoga props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks), bring anything else that will help you relax comfortably (eye pillows, extra pillows/blankets, etc)

Dress comfortably as you'll be laying down the entire time.
