Will you refund tickets?

Yes, up until 7 days prior to the event. You can transfer tickets in private. Please note that once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be scanned again at the entrance.

Is this event suitable for children?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Flemington Cup: The Halfway Point is an all-ages, family-friendly event. Children 10 and under are free but still require a ticket. We have a full soccer village, face painting, lawn games, and plenty of activities designed for younger guests.

Question 4

What is the alcohol policy?

Accepted Answer

Alcoholic beverages are available for guests 21+ with valid government-issued ID. IDs will be checked at entry and guests of legal drinking age will receive a wristband. No wristband, no alcohol service — no exceptions. Please bring your ID.

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or beverages of any kind are permitted inside the event. Bags may be subject to search at entry. We have 10+ food trucks, Lone Eagle Brewing, a wine and cocktail bar, soft drinks, and water all available on site — you will not go hungry or thirsty!

Where do I park?

St. Magdalen's parking lot is reserved for Flemington Cup guests, with free shuttles running to and from the event entrance from 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM. Additional parking options will be announced prior to the event. Follow us on Facebook for updates.

Question 7

Is Stangl Road open to traffic on June 19?

Accepted Answer

No. Stangl Road will be fully closed to vehicle traffic for the duration of the event and is accessible by foot only. Please plan accordingly and use designated parking areas.

Question 8

What time does the USA vs. Australia match start?

Accepted Answer

Kickoff is at 3:00 PM ET. Doors open at 2:00 PM, so we recommend arriving early to grab food, find your spot, and enjoy DJ MK's pre-game set before the match begins.

What is the bag policy?

Accepted Answer

Small bags and purses are welcome. Backpacks and large bags are discouraged and may be subject to search at entry. Please travel light!

Is the event ADA accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stangl Road is accessible and we are committed to making Flemington Cup: The Halfway Point welcoming for all guests. If you have specific accessibility needs or questions, please contact us at director@flemingtoncommunitypartnership.org prior to the event.

I lost my ticket or didn't receive a confirmation email — what do I do?

Log back into your Eventbrite account to access and re-download your ticket at any time. If you are still having trouble, contact Eventbrite support directly at help.eventbrite.com or reach out to us at director@flemingtoncommunitypartnership.org and we will do our best to assist.

Can I bring my own chair?

We will have a ton of seating.  No outside chairs will be permitted inside the event area.
