Wellness by the Sea: Sound Healing Meditation

Join Jamie on a meditative sonic journey overlooking the ocean. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

This event will be held on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Enjoy the central coast sunset after the event!

Investment: $0-44 sliding scale. Offer what you would like between this scale. No one is turned away due to lack of funds.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat
• Layers of clothing
• Pillows or blankets for head and neck support
• Eye pillow (I will have some available if you don’t have one)
