There is something uniquely calming about being surrounded by books — now imagine beginning your morning yoga practice in that peaceful atmosphere before the bookstore opens for the day.

Join us this summer at Books on Third, Naples’ only independent bookstore, for Quiet Morning Yoga, a mindful slow flow series designed to help you move intentionally, build strength, improve mobility, and leave feeling grounded and restored.

This welcoming class focuses on moving slowly through foundational poses while deeply exploring proper anatomical alignment, helping participants create increased flexibility, balance, mobility, and strength while connecting breath to movement.

Yoga sessions will focus on:

• Foundational Stability: Learning how to root down and engage your core to support and protect your lower back and joints.

• Postural Awareness: Practical alignment cues for standing balances, forward folds, and gentle backbends.

• Breath Synchronization: Moving at a pace that allows every transition to connect with a full, conscious inhale or exhale.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a supportive environment for both beginners and experienced yogis. Modifications are always offered, while seasoned practitioners can enjoy nuanced adjustments to deepen their practice.

About Angela Burchett

From her very first yoga class, Angela discovered how the practice creates greater balance by connecting mind, body, and soul. She first became certified as a children’s yoga instructor in 2017 through Kidding Around Yoga, where her yoga and mindfulness classes with young yogis were warmly received.

Inspired to deepen her practice and teaching, Angela completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2018. Since then, she has enjoyed sharing yoga with both children and adults at venues throughout Naples, Florida.

Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, Angela welcomes you to join her for a peaceful morning of movement, reflection, and connection.
