2026 Ethics Conference SPONSOR/VENDOR

Tennessee Society of HealthCare Social Workers is hosting our Annual Ethics Conference on Friday, September 11, 2026 at Lighthouse Knoxville.

We have 2 options available for the SCHOLARSHIP SPONSOR or EVENT VENDOR:

SCHOLARSHIP SPONSOR $500- What does a Scholarship Sponsor Include?

• Premium table location in the front of the room near the stage; 2 representative chairs and lunch (table cloth not included)
• Both representatives are eligible to receive a certificate for contact hours (names and emails must be provided)
• Share your pre-recorded 1-minute sponsor shout-out video during registration and breaks. (A selfie video is great; hold the phone horizontally.) Submission is required by August 11th. Click Here to Submit Video and/or Logo

EVENT VENDOR $140- What does an Event Vendor Include?

• Full table in the event room; 2 representative chairs and lunch (table cloth not provided)(first come first pick location)
