The Gaines Method at The Jay Hotel
Join us at The Jay Hotel for a high-energy, rhythm-based strength class led by Kristyn Gaines, founder of The Gaines Method.
The Gaines Method, taught by Kristyn Gaines, is a rhythm based strength class! Kristyn graduated as a Division I athlete and jumped straight into the fitness world as a SoulCycle instructor. After 3.5 years she decided to create The Gaines Method out of necessity- a low impact strength class that is safe and easy on the joints while still challenging and effective. Get ready to move to the beat of the music and feel the strength you deserve to embody everyday!
Following the class, enjoy a curated post-workout experience on the terrace, featuring delicious refreshments and bites from The Third Floor.
Run of Show
- 10:30 – 11:00 AM: Coffee, tea, smoothies, and Nebulous matcha onsite + guest check-in and mat setup
- 11:00 – 12:00 PM: Fitness class led by fitness instructor Kristyn Gaines and guest DJ performance by Peter Harris
- 12:00 – 1:00 PM: Post-class reception with light bites and refreshments
