TaCoChela at Level 8

The Houston Brothers and Chef Ray Garcia have partnered with James Beard Award-winning food writer Bill Esparza to present TaCoChela — a two-night immersive taco food festival taking over the entire Level 8 universe.

For two consecutive nights only, Level 8 transforms into a roaming celebration of Mexico’s most exciting taqueros, regional flavors, cocktails, music, and street food culture across Golden Hour, Que Bárbaro, Lucky Mizu, Mr. Wanderlust, Maison Kasai, Brown Sheep, Mother of Pearl, and Sinners y Santos.

Guests will journey room-to-room through a rare lineup of acclaimed chefs and legendary street vendors from across Mexico and Los Angeles — including talent from Michelin-starred and Michelin-recognized kitchens — each personally preparing the signature dishes that built their reputations.

Inspired by the great hawker markets of the world, every stop throughout TaCoChela offers a distinct regional specialty, signature style, and immersive atmosphere.

General Admission includes five unique bites curated from the event’s featured chefs. Additional food and specialty offerings will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Please note: TaCoChela takes place across two separate nights. Each ticket is valid for one date of entry only and does not grant admission to both evenings.
