Jake has been recognized multiple times by the Iowa Restaurant Association for excellence in cocktail competitions and has helped shape the beverage program and operations at Highland Underground since its opening in 2025.Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast, date-night planner, or just looking for a unique night out in Des Moines, Bartending 101 is designed to be approachable and interactive, delivering undeniable quality.
