Important Policies &amp; Event Guidelines:Arrival &amp; Late Policy: As a courtesy to other guests, please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we unfortunately cannot extend your session, and you will only have the remainder of your allotted 30-minute window available.Materials &amp; Custom Planting Fees: The 30-minute consultation is entirely complimentary! You only pay for the plants and containers you choose to purchase. If you prefer to have Bachman's complete the physical planting and creation of the container for you, our experts will gladly do so for an additional service fee.Container Policy: Please note that we do not allow outside containers to be brought into the store for these sessions. You can choose from our incredible in-store selection of beautiful new pottery!
