Cars & Croquetas at Fontainebleau Miami Beach

The Cars & Croquetas fundraiser by Chef Michael Beltran of Ariete Hospitality Group brings together delicious food, classic cars, and the Miami community for a great cause at a new, iconic location.

On Fontainebleau's poolside lawn, check out classic car displays from the 1950s, 60s, and 70s while enjoying croquetas and BBQ classics from Chug’s Diner, Drinking Pig BBQ, and Fontainebleau’s culinary team. Cocktails by J.F. Haden’s will also be available for purchase.

Desserts by Fontainebleau’s in-house patisserie, live cigar roller from Kingmakers, charity raffles for awesome prizes, and a DJ spinning old-school Miami sounds will keep the fun going all afternoon.

This family-friendly event is free to attend, with food and drinks available for purchase on-site and discounted valet parking for locals.

Originally held in Coconut Grove, Cars & Croquetas was founded by Michael Beltran, chef and owner of Ariete Hospitality, which includes Michelin-starred Ariete and the beloved Chug’s Diner.

All proceeds from the event benefit Blood Cancer United and their funding of life-saving blood cancer research, a cause close to Chef Michael and his family.
