What should I bring?

Bring a mat, water, sunglasses, and a cozy blanket. Since it is June, bring anything to stay comfortable in warm weather. Forgot your gear? Don’t worry! Muñay Sol will have a limited supply of complimentary mats, pillows, and blankets available first-come, first-served.

What should I expect during the experience?

Expect an upscale, relaxing morning! We start at 10:30 AM with a gentle, heart-opening yoga flow, transition into a deeply soothing immersive sound bath meditation, and conclude with a structured wine tasting where you can unwind, relax, and mingle.

Do I need prior yoga or sound healing experience?

Not at all! This experience is entirely beginner-friendly and beautifully designed for all levels. Whether it is your very first time on a mat or you practice every day, you will be guided safely through the entire session. Come exactly as you are.

Is the wine tasting included in my ticket?

Yes! A curated tasting of Morais Vineyards’ exceptional, award-winning wines is fully included in your standard General Admission ticket price. If you prefer to skip the tasting portion, remember to email us for your wellness-only discount code.

Will there be food available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Morais Vineyards hosts fantastic local food trucks on Saturdays. You are more than welcome to purchase food directly from the food trucks on-site to enjoy alongside your wine tasting or while relaxing on the gorgeous vineyard grounds.

Can I stay at the winery after the event ends?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Our structured experience wraps up at 12:30 PM, but you are highly encouraged to stay, socialize, mingle, and enjoy the stunning winery grounds and beautiful atmosphere for the rest of the afternoon.
