While meditation itself is deeply beneficial, there is also something powerful about gathering together in person. Energy is always moving, and when we come together with intention, presence, and openness, we uplift and support one another in ways that are difficult to explain but deeply felt. I look forward to sharing this space and energy with each of you. What you’ll experience: Deep relaxation for the body and mind A reset for your nervous system Greater clarity, focus, and emotional balance This is your space to slow down… to come back to yourself… and to realign from within amongst friends. Join me for Max Meditation Tuesdays at 6 PM at Focus & Flow: Fitness for Mind & Body, 516 Moore St., Baton Rouge. Come early and have some cacao or herbal tea.
