Do I get to keep the sausage?

Of course! Rosie will send you home with around a pound of each type of sausage you make.

Will there be snacks provided?

Yes! Rosie provides a charcuterie spread to nosh on while you learn, so feel free to come a little peckish.

Any common allergens in the sausage?

All our sausages have milk powder in them, so there is dairy. If other allergens are present, they will be announced. Should you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Rosie and she will accommodate as best as possible!
