Oct '26 - 5 week Baby Massage/Reflexology - babies aged from 6 weeks

A 5-week course showing you the tips and techniques of reflexology and massage for babies. You can help your baby settle and treat colic, teething, sleep and digestion issues all through reflexology and massage. This is a lovely supportive group that meets for 5 weeks. We start with 'comfort and sleep' techniques and then each week you will learn new techniques to help you enjoy feel more confident with your baby.

Everything is supplied for you ..... yoga mats, a bottle of oil to use and plenty of fun and laughs along the way. Completely baby-led so if baby needs a feed or a nappy change during the workshop, please feel free to do what you need to do!

Each week, the massage to baby lasts for around 30 minutes after which we break for refreshments and friendly chat. My aim is to support you the parent in these early days postnatal when you are finding your feet!

This is a safe space to feel supported and heard. Being a midwife I am always available to discuss any birth/newborn issues you may have. I plan to support the new parent as well as the baby! Max of 6 spaces.

Please bring a small towel and all your usual baby bits and bobs.

NOTE: This is a 5-week course and after each class, the class notes will be emailed to you.
