Park Lab is Aloka's summer nature meditation ceremony — 90 minutes of sound, breath, and somatic practice held on the forested slopes of Mt. Tabor. A practice of grounding and balance. A reset under open sky.

At Aloka, sound baths are a journey of self-discovery, offering a variety of styles and philosophies to suit diverse preferences. From immersive crystal bowl sessions to other modern sound modalities, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to resonate.
