Performing exersises that improve, strength, flexibility, balance and cardiovascular function are the single most important activity that adults can do to stay active, independent and reduce the risk of falling.SAIL Instructor training offers the unique opportunity to actively engage in a hands-on learning environment from a SAIL Master Trainer. You will learn the history of this Title IIID evidence-based program, experience a seated and standing SAIL class, participate in fitness checks and learn safety protocols to enhance your teaching abilities.
