Can the event be cancelled?

The event will take place rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather persisting after a reasonable delay, the event may be called off. There are no plans to use the location for the rest of the year; a possible rescheduling would occur next year.

The Race Director reserves the right to modify or cancel the race for various reasons, with no refunds of race entry fees. Participants must acknowledge and accept the associated risks.
