• Fun Bus Riders must be 19 years of age or older

💳 Players Club Membership (Required)

A valid 4 Bears Players Club Membership is required to purchase a Fun Bus Package.

Not a member?
We strongly recommend registering online prior to arrival to avoid delays. Registration is also available onsite at the Players Club; however, wait times may occur.

Please Note:
An active Players Club card is required to receive and redeem:

• $20 Free Play
• $10 in Comps

🚌 Fun Bus Package Includes

Each Fun Bus package includes:

• $20 Free Play (loaded to your Players Club card)
• $10 in Comps (loaded to your Players Club card)
• Round-trip transportation
• Gold-Level Event Ticket
• Pre-assigned seating in Sections 108 or 103

Important:
Event tickets are not distributed on the bus. All tickets must be picked up upon arrival.

💲 Ticket Sales Information

Early Bird Pricing (Save $10):
April 27 at 12:00 PM – May 4 at 12:00 PM

Regular Sales:
May 4 at 12:00 PM – June 5 at 4:00 PM

Bus Ride Only Option:
Available June 1 at 12:00 PM – June 5 at 4:00 PM

Bus Ride Only tickets do not include:

• Event admission
• Free Play
• Comps

Final Deadline:
All ticket sales end June 5 at 4:00 PM
No late purchases will be accepted.

📍 Arrival & Check-In Process

Step 1: Arrival
Upon arrival at 4 Bears Casino & Lodge, please remain seated on the bus. A Casino Host will board to provide instructions.

You must have:

• A valid government-issued ID
• Name matching the ticket purchaser

Step 2: Ticket & Voucher Distribution
Guests will receive:

• Event Ticket
• Voucher for Free Play and Comps

Step 3: Players Club Redemption
Take your voucher to the Players Club, where staff will:

• Load $20 Free Play
• Load $10 in Comps

Please Note:
Promotional items are not pre-loaded and must be redeemed in person.

🎫 Seating Information

• Seating is pre-assigned
• Tickets are distributed in order

To be seated together:

• Arrive together
• Proceed through ticket distribution at the same time

Seating cannot be adjusted after tickets are issued.

🎒 Bag Policy

Permitted:

• Clear bags
• Small purses (maximum size: 4” x 6”)

Not Permitted:

• Large purses
• Backpacks
• Non-clear bags

No bag check is available.
Clear bags may be purchased at the Gift Shop.

🚌 Bus Pickup Locations & Departure Times

Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to departure. Buses will depart promptly.

Bismarck – O’Brien’s Sports Tavern
Departs: 3:00 PM → Arrives ~5:00 PM

Minot – Original Bar (via Stanley stop)
Departs: 3:15 PM
Arrives Stanley ~4:15 PM → Departs 4:45 PM →
Arrives 4 Bears ~4:45 PM

Stanley – The Beach Bar
Departs: 4:45 PM → Arrives ~5:45 PM

Williston – The Sports Den
Departs: 4:30 PM → Arrives ~5:30 PM

Important:
Buses will not wait for late arrivals. No refunds or alternate transportation will be provided.

🔁 Return Transportation

Departure Time: 11:00 PM (sharp)
Location: Front of the Lodge Lobby

Announcements will be made at:

• 10:45 PM
• 10:50 PM
• 10:55 PM

Guests who miss the return departure are responsible for their own transportation.
4 Bears Casino & Lodge is not responsible for missed departures.

ℹ️ Additional Information

• Restrooms are available on all buses
• Beverages are permitted onboard
• Guests are responsible for any damages or cleaning fees incurred

⚠️ Lost Items Policy

• Lost event tickets will not be replaced
• Lost vouchers will not be replaced
