What is included with my ticket?

All General Admission tickets include the following:
• A fully stacked 6-inch cake ready to decorate
• Buttercream, piping bags, and decorating tools
• Mocktails and light snacks
• An apron to use during the event
• A Polaroid photo keepsake
• Your decorated cake to take home

What time should I arrive?

Accepted Answer

Doors open 15 minutes before the event begins. Please arrive on time so you can get your apron and we can start the decorating session together.

Question 3

Can I bring alcohol? Is this event BYOB?

Accepted Answer

This event is not BYOB. Outside alcohol is not permitted. However, the hotel bar is located nearby and guests are more than welcome to purchase drinks there during the event.

Question 4

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Accepted Answer

Wear something casual & comfortable that you don’t mind getting a little buttercream on. Long loose sleeves, dangling bracelets and wearing hair down near your face can make decorating more difficult, so we recommend tying hair back if possible.

Can I come alone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Many guests attend events like this solo. Open seating allows you to meet new people while decorating.

Are dietary restrictions accommodated?

Accepted Answer

Please note any dietary restrictions when purchasing your ticket. While we will do our best to accommodate, the cakes and buttercream will contain common allergens such as dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Question 7

How long is the event?

Accepted Answer

The experience is scheduled for 3 hours. This includes decorating instruction, creative time, and social time for photos, mocktails, and snacks.

Question 8

What is the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Any cancellations after Thursday April 23rd at 3pm will not be refunded as supplies will already be prepared.

Question 9

Do I need cake decorating experience?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! This is a beginner friendly experience! You will be guided step-by-step through decorating your cake and there will be time to practice techniques before decorating your cake
