Do you allow refunds?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not allow refunds. However, if you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you can redeem credit for a future class or session.

Question 2

When will I receive my Usui Reiki Level 1 certificate?

Accepted Answer

Participants will receive their certificate after completing all four classes from Master Alan's course.

Question 3

Do I have to attend the course in only one language?

Accepted Answer

Nope! As long as you are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and/or English, please feel free to mix and match the classes you attend to better accommodate your availability.

I'm interested in Master Alan's other spiritual services.

Accepted Answer
