No experience is needed. This class is beginner friendly and designed for all levels.

Yes, mats will be provided. You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

What time should I arrive?

Possibly 5-10 minutes early to get settled. Class will begin promptly on time

No. Class will start on time out of respect for everyone’s experience.

No. All guest must register in advance. Entry will not be allowed without prior registration.
