Alejandra will guide you through gentle somatic practices designed to help you release tension and reconnect with your body’s natural flow. It’s a perfect chance to unwind, refresh, and embrace the full moon's energy with a group of like-minded souls. Come as you are and give yourself the gift of healing and presence!Somatic Release combines meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement to help release stress, tension, and emotions stored in the body. It’s a chance to slow down, reconnect, and create space for healing.
