The Evening's Menu 🍞 Vesuvio Social Club Roasted Garlic Parmesan Mousse with warm handmade focaccia and basil oil. 🧀 Back Room Antipasti Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella with roasted Italian sausage, fire-roasted sweet peppers, aged balsamic reduction, and basil pesto. 🍝 Carmela's Pasta Fresh Pappardelle Bolognese tossed in a slow-simmered beef and pork ragù, finished with parmesan and fresh herbs. 🍅 Goodfellas Gravy A giant Italian wedding meatball braised in Sunday gravy and served over creamy parmesan polenta. 🥩 The Boss's Cut Rosemary-garlic marinated Tuscan flat iron steak, parmesan risotto, seasonal roasted vegetables, and Chianti demi-glace. ☕ Last Call at the Bing Classic Tiramisu layered with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, cocoa, and dark chocolate shavings.
