If minimum enrollment is not met, registered guests will receive a full refund. Space is limited; advance registration is required.Event Time: This is a hands-on event. Depending on event flow and the speed of the attendees the event could end a little early or run a little overtime.Ticket Sales/Cancellations: Ticket sales are final due to event preparation and limited seating. An event credit may be issued toward a future class or experience for cancellation requests made at least 4 days prior to the event. No credits will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the eventdate.<h4>ABOUT CHEF TAI</h4>Chef Tai is the Co-Owner and Pastry Chef of 5-12 Dessert and The Baker’s Lab at 5-12 Dessert. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Baking &amp; Pastry Arts and an MBA from Johnson &amp; Wales University, studied abroad at the Florence University of the Arts in Italy, and has over 15 years of experience in the baking industry. She is also a former high school Baking &amp; Pastry Arts teacher.
