Kym is an experienced breathwork coach, who’s passionate about helping people relax, regulate and reconnect, using their breath. Since 2019, Kym has spent hundreds of hours learning breathwork from the world’s best mentors, and taught 2,000+ people, on three continents, of all ages and backgrounds, including athletes, military personnel & medical professionals.

Join me for this half-day immersion into the science of breathing &amp; cold exposure and learn how to apply those principles for your body.
