What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving a little early to get settled, order food and drinks, and be ready before the games begin. Since we are open during the day, we do close briefly to reset for the evening. Doors will reopen 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.

Will food be available during the event?

Yes! Our after-hours menu will be available throughout the night so you can enjoy great food while you play.

Question 3

Are drinks available?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available, plus drink specials during the event.

Question 4

Is this a 21+ event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is a 21 and over event, and a valid photo ID is required for entry. Guests must also present their ticket confirmation, or if they were invited by someone else, provide the phone number used when the tickets were purchased.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes two important things:
$10 donation to a local non-profit, supporting causes in our community
$10 reservation fee, which includes a reserved seat, bingo cards for each game & daubers. 
Plus, your ticket gets you into a fun, high-energy event filled with great vibes & BIG prizes.

Can I buy extra bingo cards?

Yes! Additional bingo cards can be purchased at the door for each game.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept both cash and card for any additional purchases.

Will there be prizes?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Prizes are awarded during every game, so you’ll have multiple chances to win throughout the night.

Do I need to reserve a seat ahead of time?

This is a ticketed event with assigned seating and it often sells out. Seating is assigned based on ticket purchase order and party size to keep groups together when possible. We do our best to accommodate, but specific seating locations cannot be guaranteed (e.g., near bathrooms or server section).

Can I purchase my ticket the day of the event?

Yes, tickets may be available day of, but we strongly advise purchasing in advance. In our last several bingo events, we’ve sold out every time, and once capacity is reached, we are unable to admit additional guests. This is required for safety compliance under state fire code regulations.

Can I sit with my friends and/or family?

Accepted Answer

If you’re coming with a group, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets together to ensure your party is seated together, as this is the only reliable way to ensure your party is seated together. Seating is assigned in advance, so we can best accommodate your group and help the event run smoothly.
